Over £600 raised for Rowcroft Hospice at Redpost Show's Charity Show Jumping Show!

What a fantastic evening we had on Wednesday 22nd August at our Charity Show Jumping Show! A huge thank you to all of Redpost Equestrian’s customers and staff for supporting us! There were some stunning outfits and some great riding. So far we have raised over £600 for Rowcroft Hospice, however we still have more donations coming in so will update you with the final total soon!

Our Head Course Builder John Tuff (aka Jonalicious!) and well know local farrier Tony Vouden looked simply superb in their party dresses, as did the rest of the team who dressed up in various other great outfits in support! You can view all the photos on our Facebook page and website.

Lots of riders competed in our show jumping classes in some brilliant costumes, thank you to everyone for their effort and support! Well done to our fancy dress winners:

- Junior: Molly riding Senurita Luna, dressed as a Spanish Dancer.

- Berry Ring: Chris riding Billy, dressed as a The Mad Hatter.

- Hempston Ring: Pip riding Cumangue, dressed as a Red Indian.

- Non-Jumping Class: Dorothy, Tin Man and Lion - Wizard of Oz

The raffle proved a big success raising lots of money for Rowcroft, with some amazing prizes handed out. Thank you to everyone who purchased tickets and donated prizes, we are extremely grateful for your generosity.

Peter Windeatt kindly attended the evening, collecting donations and taking photographs. Pete has said he would really appreciate that anyone using the photos would be kind enough to make a small donation to Rowcroft in return Please visit his Facebook page ‘Peter Windeatt Photography’ for more information and to purchase prints.

Once again, a big thank you to everyone who donated money, purchased raffle tickets and attended the event, we hope you enjoyed it!

If anyone still wishes to make donations, you can do so online here:
